Elastic line positioning: According to the water and electricity construction positioning and curing drawings, determine the starting end to the terminal position of the trunking, calibrate the direction of the trunk line and branch line along the drawing, find the horizontal or vertical line, and use the laser level to move along the trunking on the walls, ceilings, beams , board, column, etc., bounce or draw lines; mark the position of the fixed point or the position of the support, suspension, and bracket.
2. Fixed point construction or support, hanging, bracket production and installation: when the PVC trunking is installed vertically against the wall, the fixed point position should be marked, and the "Z" shape should be fixed to install plastic expansion pipes or double-row parallel fixed; When installing horizontally, the boom, bracket and bracket at both ends should be fixed first, and then the support, suspension and bracket at both ends should be used as the benchmark to evenly set by pulling wire method.
3. Fixing of wire ducts: When installing PVC wire ducts, the trunk lines should be installed first and then the branch lines.
4. Installation of wire grooves: ①. When laying wire grooves horizontally, the supporting span is generally 1m. When laying vertically, the distance between fixed points should be less than or equal to 2m. After installation, it should be flat and free of warped feet.
②. The cable tie should be fixed in the wire slot, and the cable has been bound.
2. Quality control points
①. Before installation of the trunking, the water, electricity and wind construction drawings should be read and stacked, and the water, electricity and wind construction positioning and curing drawings should be issued.
②. The distance between the fixed points of the wire groove or the brackets should be uniform.
③. Finished accessories should be used for wire duct installation.
④. It is not allowed to use a cutting machine to open holes in the wire trough.
⑤. The cross-sectional area of wiring in the trunking should be less than or equal to 40%.
⑥, fire power line, signal line and weak current system optical fiber, video line, TV telephone line, etc. should not be laid in the same slot.
3. Common quality problems and preventive measures
⑴. Metal bridge installation grounding, zero connection, unqualified fire blocking or omission: metal bridge jumper wire < 4mm 2 or no jumper wire; the bridge frame directly passes through different fire compartments.
Prevention and control measures: The grounding or zero (PE) line of the metal bridge and connectors, distribution boxes, cabinets, etc. should be ≥4mm 2; .
(2) The metal bridge is installed close to the floor, and the later maintenance and threading are not considered, and the compensation and support devices are not set as required: blindly increase the height of the bridge support and hanger in order to control the height of the garage, aisle, etc.; joints, the deformation joints are not broken, no brackets are provided at the corners of the bridge, and there are no anti-sway brackets for the screw hanger installation bridge.
Prevention and control measures: The distance between the installation of bridge frame and wire trough should be more than 100mm from the top plate. The length of the steel cable tray in the straight section should be less than 30m, and the length of the aluminum alloy cable tray should be less than 15m, and expansion joints should be set;
(3) Metal bridge, PVC trunking unused finished accessories, cutting machine cutting, opening: bridge crossing, turning, T-shaped connection position with bridge, trunking on-site cutting and splicing.
Prevention and control measures: When metal bridges and PVC trunking are crossed, turned, and T-shaped connections, single-way, two-way, three-way, four-way and other finished parts are not used; when metal bridges are connected to boxes, boxes, cabinets, etc., the incoming and outgoing wires The mouth and other places should be connected with feet and fastened with screws.
⑷. The wire groove plate is twisted and deformed, and the interface gap is large: the PVC wire groove is fixed in the wrong way, and the cover plate interface and the bottom plate interface of the straight section are not staggered and seamed.
